What are the treatment methods for the excavator machine being flooded?
Every year when the rainy season enters,
the excavator is blistered more or less. A few friends asked the digging
brother to ask where the excavator was flooded and how to repair it. The
digging brother summed up the experience of repairing the flooded excavator
before, and now I will share it with you.
If there is water in the oil when it is
discharged from the engine oil, it contains sediment. The best way to deal with
this is to disassemble the engine and repair it (note: you can't use the
rotating crankshaft to drain the water from the injector seat to remove the
water in the cylinder liner to avoid damage to the cylinder liner assembly).
(1) Disassemble and clean all parts of the engine,
and then check it. The result is:
1. The piston ring opening clearance has
exceeded 0.80mm, and a new piston ring needs to be replaced;
2. The turbocharger is normal, the oil pump
works normally, and it is installed after cleaning;
3. Wash the water channel and the inlet and
exhaust pipes with pressurized water and then blow dry with pressurized air;
4. Clean the lubricating oil passage of the
engine with pressurized air at the same time;
5. After the valve and valve seat are
cleaned, use the valve sand to grind the valve to eliminate the rust generated
during the wear scar and flooding.
