Electrical system maintenance and precautions
• 1 If the cord is wet or damaged, the electrical system may leak and may cause the machine to malfunction or cause other accidents.
• 2 Check the tension of the fan belt, damage and wear, and check the battery electrolyte level.
• 3 Do not disassemble or disassemble any electrical components mounted on the machine.
• 4 Do not install counterfeit electrical components that do not meet the requirements.
• 5 Do not expose the electrical system to water when cleaning the machine or when working in the rain.
• 6 When working at the beach, the electrical system should be carefully cleaned to prevent corrosion.
• 7 When installing a chiller or other electrical equipment, connect it to a separate power connector. The selected power supply must never be connected to a fuse, start switch or battery relay.
2 hydraulic system maintenance and precautions
The hydraulic fluid temperature is still high during and immediately after the operation, so be careful when checking and servicing the hydraulic system.
• 1 Place the machine on a level surface, lower the bucket to the ground, and then release the cylinder line pressure.
• 2 Let the engine turn off and wait for the oil temperature to drop before performing maintenance. Even if the oil temperature drops, there is still pressure inside the system. When checking and maintaining the hydraulic circuit, in order to release the internal pressure of the system, the air should be exhausted from the hydraulic tank.
• 3 Regularly check the hydraulic oil level, replace the oil filter, and add hydraulic oil.
• 4 When removing the high pressure hose, check the 2 ring or gasket for damage. If it is damaged, it should be replaced.
• 5 After cleaning or replacing the hydraulic oil filter element and filter, or after removing the hydraulic line, the air in the line should be drained.
• There is high pressure nitrogen in the accumulator. It is quite dangerous to use it incorrectly. It must be strictly in accordance with the regulations.
